Дамы и господа, прошу помощи. Вопрос очень срочный. Сегодня пришло письмо от пейпол. Мол от вас требуется действие в клайме по поводу планшета.
Вот такой текст:
Before we can issue you a refund, we need to confirm you returned the item
to your seller. Unfortunately, we are having trouble confirming that you
returned the item and cannot issue you a refund until we receive proof of
shipment clearly showing the address where the package was shipped.
Please keep in mind that proof of shipment is documentation or online.

shipping date, the address to which the package was sent, and official
acceptance from the shipping company (for example, a postmark). Proof of
shipment doesn't need to be available online. The most commonly accepted
proof of shipment is a copy of your shipping label that shows the postmark.

Here's how to upload your shipping information:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click "Resolution Center" near the top of the page.
3. Find your case under "Resolution Center cases", then click "Resolve"
next to the request for documentation.
4. Click "Add" under "Supporting Documents".
5. Click "Browse" to find the file you want to send, then click "Open".
6. Enter a title for the file. (The title shouldn't include more than 3
numbers).
7. Select the type of evidence, then click "Upload File".
8. Attach any other files, then click "Send Files".
Я так понимаю, пейпол хочет доказательства отправки и подтверждения отправки именно на тот адрес куда они сказали. На руках только фото чека, полученного на почте. Что хочет пей пол? Срок принятия действий до 19 ого октября. Ссылку на фото чека я давал в сообщении требовалось действие от меня в первый раз. Пандавилл доставку не подтверждает, хотя на мейл мне отписали что получили. Как быть? Помогите.
