Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your Unpaid Item suspension appeal.
Our records indicate that your account was suspended due to Unpaid items. I'm sorry to hear that these trades ended with Unpaid item records on your account. I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you and understand how frustrating this can be. I will be more than happy to assist you with your question by checking the details of your account and providing you with further details that might be helpful for your future transactions.
However, we want to inform you that eBay's Unpaid Item (UPI) policy is necessary to enforce the contractual obligations entered into between a buyer and a seller and helps to facilitate successful trading on the site. When a buyer doesn't pay for an item they've won or purchased, it costs the seller time and money.
I understand that you would like to have your account reinstated. Please be reminded that in order for us to reinstate your account, we will need to remove all the unpaid item records on your account.
Here's how you can appeal an Unpaid Item record: - You must provide us with proof that you've actually paid for the item. - The seller gets in touch with us and excuses you from completing the transaction. - You contact the seller (if you haven't paid) to see if you can arrange payment now. - The seller goes ahead and removes the record personally.
Regrettably, I'm unable to remove the Unpaid item records from your account based solely on the information you sent, but I'll be happy to do so in any of the following circumstances: -The seller agrees to remove the record. -You send us proof that you paid. -You send us proof that the seller excused you from the purchase.
I prepared here a list of your Unpaid Items for reference:
