Короче я заметил (у меня по крайней мере так), больше 1000 в месяц не дают проводить, акк на палке около двух месяцев, карта мастер виртуал от альфы, мыло обычное, товары покупаю в основном на 150уе, и один раз на 400 покупал, вот такие замечания... Щас акк проабгрейдил до бизнеса, изменений пока не вижу
Продавец выставил счет на 3 лота на 862 евро. Из акка PayPal не оплачивается. Выходит на ту же ошибку. Сегодня удалось оплатить один лот этого продавца на 190 евро. В остальных 2-х лотах теперь нет оплаты через PayPal. И их оплатить не удается. Выходит на ту же ошибку. Или это PayPal отключил или продавец. Продавцу я давал ссылку www.paypalsucks.com После этого он дал задний ход и попросил оплатить чере банк. И написал, что выводит деньги из PayPal. Второй раз даю эту ссылку продавцам и второй раз одинаковая реакция продавцов.

мне написали в пейпале что по каким-то причинам их система безопасности не дает пройти оплате...вчера я несколько раз платил уже..может быть считают, что слишком часто.
Сказали попробывать через 24 часа и в течение 24-х часов не пытаться посылать деньги
Один счет на 274 евро сегодня утром оплатил. Второй счет на 404 евро от этого же продавца выходит на ту же ошибку.

один акк работае около 2- лет, второй где то 6 мес, я вот думаю может это быть что карты с одного счета, т.е виза голд от альфы, к ней привязаны два местрекарда виртуал...

When you open a PayPal account and add your credit card, you are granted an initial sending limit until your account is Verified. To become Verified and lift your sending limit, log in to your PayPal account and click the "Unverified" link on your Account Overview page. Follow the instructions provided to get Verified.
The sending limit applied to your account is dependent upon the amount of information that can be verified before you complete the Verification process. If some information cannot be verified, you will receive a lower limit or a zero dollar limit.
Once your account is Verified, your initial sending limit only applies to those cards for which you have not entered your PayPal code. Payments sent from your account balance or cards that are linked and confirmed will not have a sending limit.

We have reviewed your PayPal account and can confirm that the transaction you are referring to has been stopped by our internal security system. However please be informed that this is for this particular transaction alone, you can still use your card in your other transaction.
We employ complex statistical models to identify patterns of behavior. This is similar to the way banks and credit card companies identify patterns of behaviour that are out of the ordinary when approving individual transactions. When our system does not allow a certain funding source for a transaction, it means that there may be a higher-than-normal level of risk associated with the transaction. This may include but is not limited to a transaction being challenged to be unauthorised. Please be assured that this is a standard procedure for all transactions going through PayPal and it's carried out in accordance with our User Agreement.

Заметил, что отвечают обычно в промежуток времени с 7 до 8 чутра по Москве. На заданный вопрос, в этом промежутке времени, получил ответ где-то через пол часа. Судя по всему писать бесполезно. Они ни чем помочь в этой ситуации не могут. Нужно ждать, когда эту оплату разблокирует их система безопасности.
