Ну в общем отмазались и надавали всяких ссылок. Кстати вот эта ссылка очень полезна. Я там как раз и нашел полицейское отделение в том городе где мой продавец живет.
в общем написал и в Лигу (они кстати автоматически пересылают все жалобы местному полицейскому отделению). Ну и в самому полицейское отделение написал. Конечно, никаких гараний что мою жалобу кто то будет рассматривать. Однако хоть что то надо делать.
Хочется однако про него где-нибудь отрицательный отзыв оставить, чтоб люди знали.
Опыт есть то, что мы получаем взамен того, что хотели получить. А мстить, все-таки, не стоит. Материального возмещения это не принесет. А пространство устроено достаточно гармонично и зло порождает зло. Уверен, если он в этой ситуации, мягко говоря, "схитрил" - то и так поимеет свою заслуженную долю негатива.
Часто бывает, что помогает. Но не забудьте о доказательствах. Вы их отослали? Переписку, выписку из банковского счета, справку банка о переводе по указанным Вами реквизитам? Страницу лота.
