Mr. Kravchenko, I have reviewed your query and I can confirm that, if you received an item which was damaged, you should open another Significantly not as Described claim. Once the seller has provided you with a refund, the claim will close automatically. Please be aware that, if you are returning an item to your seller, you should ensure that you use a registered postal service which can provide you with a tracking number to show that the item has been delivered back to your seller.
The reason for this is, if the seller does not refund you once the item is returned, PayPal will still be able to provide you with one, provided that you can show us that you returned the item to your seller. We will only accept online tracking to confirm this delivery.
