Понятно, чего он хочет. Но ведь нельзя же его послать, когда он хочет платить. Говори, что ждешь денег, говори, что пока не получил и до тех пор, пока не получишь не отправишь. И будешь делать все законно.
Я понял, потому и говорю что надо соглашаться на ВСЁ! Говорить что да, сразу отправляю, (федексом и дхлом сразу и ещё часового со шмайсером, что б не украли посылку), давай бабки! Он же говорит что будет платить, ну так пусть и платит!
Он не заплатит, но и ты не отказывай. Пусть шлет деньги, но ты отправишь ТОЛЬКО после получения оных. Заставить тебя сделать иначе он не может, да и не в праве. И иБэй будет на твоей стороне. Или сразу стукани на иБэй и скажи, что не согласен сразу отправлять из соображений безопасности. А потом откажи этому хрущу. Так и напиши - тут не русских кидают, тут русские кидают. :lol:
А его можно как-то проучить? Например, как уже описывалось в классическом случае, отправить ему кирпич FedEx'ом и задекларировать его на 2000$, например. :lol:

секонд шанс тому не помеха, а с точки зрения презумции невиновности. ты не можешь подозревать его в злых намерениях. Пусть платит как написано у тебя в описании лота. ну не заплатит, ну хрен с ним, сек шанс может сработает...
