We know it can be difficult when your order is being held with the carrier, and we would love to help you out with this! When your order shipped from our Distribution Center, our carrier, eShopWorld, contacted you through email requesting additional information for customs clearance. The information they need is the name and surname of your internal passport, the number of your passport, and the date your passport was issued. This information must be sent to the carrier prior to your order leaving the United States. They did not receive this communication from you until Tuesday, June 2. Your order is now departing from the United States to it's destination in Russia. While we do not have an exact delivery date at this time, keep an eye on your tracking to stay updated!
