Я думаю пользователи с проблемой ACCOUNT SUSPENSION сталкиваются с похожими требованиями от eBay. А в поисковике на форуме новичёк будет искать любую информацию о SUSPENSION и наидёт мой топик с возможно интересующим ему вопросе о кредитной карте.
