В итоге что получил:
"
included both 2 stones only(480grit and 800grit)" оказались вовсе не 480 grit and 800 grit, а 480 и 600grit. А,
"both 2 stones only"
оказались вовсе не stone, а двумя металлическими брусками с шершавой поверхностью, которая стала гладкой после заточки одного ножа из набора за 500 руб. из 6 ножей. Написал проду об этом и что получил в ответ "сорри за ошибку, но 600 и 800 это почти одно и тоже, но если вы настаиваете, то при следующем заказе мы вышлем бесплатно вам брусок 800grit (ну не буду я больше у него заказывать)", далее "все эти точилки имеют металлические бруски, если вам нужны stone, то заказывайте другую" и какого хрена тогда врать покупателю что "
included both 2 stones"? Если бы знал, что бруски металлические, никогда бы не стал заказывать. Ну, это всё лирика, вопрос в том, на палке при покупке не на нельзя открыть диспут по несоответствию? Если нет, что посоветуете?

Надеюсь форум Вы не обвиняете? К тому же, отзывы о продавце это хорошо, но покупаете-то Вы товар, а не продавца. Обсуждения на ганзе выдает в поиске, так что регистрация не особо нужна. Мой Вам совет - забейте.

Современный рынок таков, что спрос диктует продавцу, что пихать в ассортимент. Поэтому продавцы торгуют и качественным товаром, и ширпотребом за копейки. Лень потратить 5 минут на пользование гуглом для поиска отзывов о конкретном товаре получаете справедливый результат. Не специалист в ножевых делах, но есть полная уверенность, что "stones" Вы переводите правильно? Может это таки не камни, а приспособы для заточки, которые могут быть и каменными и любыми другими? Тогда половина претензии теряет смысл.

Первые три посылки из этого магазина получил нормально, ножи хорошие для повседневного использования. А вот третью завернули в Москве с формулировкой «неизвестные атрибуты» RT197129147HK. Я живу во Владивостоке. Первый открытый тикет благополучно пропал. Открыл второй, на все мои вопросы получил довольно хамский ответ что я сплю, езжу в отпуск и не проверяю посылки на почте. В результате предложили частичное возмещение без указания суммы, на что я естественно не согласился. Я заплатил за товар, они что то попутали с оформлением, в результате ни денег ни посылки. В конце концов они и аккуаунт мой заблокировали. При не получении товара во время не стесняйтесь объявлять диспут. Требуйте полного возврата средств. Не верьте увещеваниям продавцов. Не ведитесь на лабуду о добропорядочных покупателях.

The fault is not us, it seems you were not at home, or the address you offered is wrong. so the package will be returned, and you would accept some of the lose.

first,you have to be make sure address is 100% in correct, and there is people can receive or pick it up.
sometimes, a package return because of Custom problem or wrong address, i even not get the package till now.
i don't know why it happen in your package,but other russia guy no this problem.
i would agree to refund a part of the cost,but not all, since this is not all my fault. if you agree, we keep talking, if you no agree, seems you are not kind people, i will keep silent without reply.
we would keep our best service to the customers who could kind understanding in our situation and accept few risk of import business.

In information on tracking of a parcel it is specified "the unknown attributes". As the sender you can receive goods back. You can make a complaint to post service.
