Итак в заключении моей истории про покупку айфона и его неполучению заканчивается спор открытый в paypal через 2 дня. Думаю переводить в претензию. Подскажите как лучше поступить в такой ситуации? Что написать в комментариях при отрытии claim'а.

After a long waiting, I have not still received this item. Seller told me that he didn't make any mistake with my shipping adress, but the tracking number in the database retrieves wrong destination of place. I believe the seller, just want to be protected by paypal protection and have 20 days of waiting the package.

The tracking number and shipping label are shipped to the shipping address listed on your PayPal account.
you will see the additional information about shipping. Something like that:
Place of destination:
Postcode: 127055
Address: МОСКВА (Moscow city) (You can use google translate for translating)
As you can see above it's not my shipping adress (wrong Town, wrong postal code)
Also I gave a copy of shipping label to Russian post service support and they confirmed that the shipping adress is wrong. I don't know who made this mistake.

As the package is insured- I have begun the process to file an insurance claim with the US Postal Service.

I have spoken with the representative of Russian Post that works with USPS claims, and they said the package is being held after customs for investigation, but it should be released shortly.

Hello. I've already contacted EMS Russia Post Office Support and they told me the situation is not changed from the 10th of January. Also, I've written a claim to search the package. Another one month passed and no new information so far. Offically, process of searching packages takes up to 2 months after claiming. I've phoned EMS Russian Post yesterday. Still nothing new. I'm very dissapointed.
Хочу конечно возврата своих денежных средств. Чем руководствоваться? Напомню что товара я не получил, он числится в сортировочном центре города Москва + адрес доставки по заверению оператора стоит так же московский в их внутренней базе. Продавец отправлял мне скан-копию платежки с почты где был указан мой верный номер. Очень надеюсь на вашу помощь
