забугорный покупатель сам хочет забрать товар )))

нарисовался тут странный покупатель (покупатель ли ?) что хочет смутно понятно..

если в двух словах если я его правильно понял(перевел)

пишет что хочет купить товар, спрашивает принимаю ли я PP даёт свою электронку и спрашивает мою

я ему что мол да конечно нет проблем принимаю PP и сообщаю адрес

он опять пишет принимаю ли я PP ) причем два раза спрашивает
задает несколько уточняющих вопросов
и хочет забрать товар своим неким агентом ??

я ему опять да конечно принимаю PP отвечаю на уточняющие вопросы
и говорю в каком городе товар

он опять пишет что то про PP
и пишет где точно забрать товар



в общем что он точно хочет и как я так толком и не понял ( может ещё что напишет)

Один немаловажный момент. Если покупка оплачивается через РР и получает ее агент, как потом вы документально сможете доказать (в случае претензии), что посылку передали? Наверняка никак. Приедет дядя Вася, заберет товар, даже может расписаться в любой бумажке и адью. Покупатель открывает спор о неполучении, вас заставляют вернуть деньги. Занавес.

в общем то да.
но он не просит инвойса.
собирается сам оплатить переводом на PP. к примеру - может получится наоборот я ему нечего не продавал, а он мне перекинул денег (ну скажем как родственнику знакомому и т д) т.е. агент ему позвонил сказал что всё ок и он денег переслал сам, или такие добровольные переводы тоже могут быть оспорены??

Главное, что покупатель укажет при переводе денег на счет РР. Оплата будет при передаче товара или сейчас? Здесь может быть при желании развести следующее:
1. Покупатель может написать "оплата за определенный товар", а вам сказать что угодно(это если оплата при передаче товара.
2. Просто при передаче товара придет на электронку письмо, якобы от РР о поступлении денег на счет.
Не знаю, но что-то странное предложение от покупателя. Хотя, кто его знает.
