в общем ситуация такая, когда я только начинал осваивать , я наверное где то что то выиграл в аукционе и не оплатил, мне прислали такую телегу и заблокировали мой первый акк:

я завел себе 2-ой акк и юзал его 3 месяца без проблем. Тут дня 2 назад подумал, а можно ли поменять мой емайл на тот что был в первом акке. Не получилось.
Сейчас и захожу вижу второй акк заблокировали так как обнаружили что есть первый.
А, я не до конца прочитал, сорри. А второй акк забанили за связь с первым акком. То есть ты с того же компа регал второй акк. А за всем этим следит, там даже смена айпи не поможет.
mrhat, связывайтесь с продавцом, которому не заплатили. Договаривайтесь каким-либо способом, возвращаете деньги, которые должны. Он имеет право снять с вас страйк за неоплаченный лот. Потом пишете в саппорт ебея письмо, что все вопросы улажены, что вы больше не будете баловаться, будете примером для всех покупателей. Возможно ваши акки разблокируют. По всем 9 такая процедура!!!
И еще. По моим оплаченным товарам, за минуту до блокировки пришли письма след. содержания:
[] Bid Cancellation Notice - Item
Dear Community Member, The bid that you entered for the item (160326732704) has been cancelled. You can view the reason provided for the cancellation by selecting the (bid history) link from the individual item page.
Please be cautious if you are contacted about purchasing this item after the bid has been cancelled and as always avoid paying for your item using instant wire transfer services through Western Union or MoneyGram as these payment methods are unsafe when paying someone you do not know.

mrhat, значит все намного хуже. В любом случае пишите в саппорт ебея. Скажите, что готовы решить проблемы по тем неоплаченным лотам. Сошлитесь на неопытность, плохое знание английского. Хотя навряд ли они будут искать для вас всю эту информацию. Попробуйте посмотреть в корзине почтового ящика данные продавцов (при выигрыше вами лота письмо приходит на ящик ебея и копия отсылается на ящик, который вы указали при регистрации). Если вы сможете связаться с продавцами, все не так уж и плохо.
