Возврат денег.

Всем привет.
17 сентября оплатил покупку рубашки. Продавец находится в Лондоне. Способ доставки

Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets). прошло 44 дня. а товар так и не пришёл. Я сообщил продавцу и открыл кейс на paypal. продавец ответил и сказал. что может вернуть деньги, но просит подождать до 19 ноября. Я ответил ему. что 19 ноября заканчивается срок кейса и мне придётся перевести кейс в клейм. Сегодня он ответил. Но в его письме не совсем всё понятно (это мой первый случай, когда я не получил товар и прошу прода вернуть деньги).​

Помогите разобрать:​

диспуп-кейс не ведись на уговорки прода

Он тебе пакет отправит завтра, в котором ты можешь ему рубашку вернуть

Что за бред? Я новичок в этом и может я что-то не понимаю? Что это значит?

Я перевёл диспут в претензию. Прод прислал письмо следующего содержания:

Hi,

No worries.

As per your request we will process your refund.

1. payment will be refunded to your Paypal. Also you will get a message from Paypal to confirm that.

2. to avoid ebay keeping asking for payment in the future, we will request ebay to close the sale.

3. You will receive a message from ebay regarding each item bought from us, asking you whether you "accept the seller's request to cancel the deal".

4. Please find these message, and then choose "accept to cancel the deal". after that, there will be no any other problems.

Please note that we always aim to have refunds processed on the same business day, however, in some cases this may take up to two business days (exceptions to this are public holidays and weekends).


If there is any question, please let us know. We will reply asap.
