We are pleased to announce that the Item Not Received process is now available. This process replaces the Fraud Alert system and guides buyers about steps they can take when they do not receive an item, or when they receive an item that is significantly different from what was described in the listing.
Buyers who have previously filed Fraud Alerts can continue to check progress on their claims by clicking here.
