Всем привет.Закал на батарейки,отправили 2 декабря но до сих пор не пришло,написал продавцу об этом.Получил ответ

Это обычная практика заполнение таких форм для возврата денег,я просто не разу не отказывался и не возвращял деньги???или это должно выглядеть по другому как то?и надо ли открывать диспут???
