23 января заказал товар на BestOfferBuy.com на $249,69 USD. Товара получил 5 марта на 72,69 $. Открыл диспут на Палке 5.03 с просьбой вернуть 177,1 $ Продавец сказал что подожди неделю вторую посылку. .Если не придет - пиши. Продавец сказал что у второй посылки треккинга не было Я подождал больше недели. Ничего не пришло.
Вот что теперь он пишет:
Dear Pavel,I am sorry to hear your problem and a full refund will be issued to you for the missing items.However, as your PayPal account is in Russia, we realize that you will not be able to receive our refund (via send payment). The only way we can refund you is for you to close this dispute and once you have done that, please email us and we will refund you via your original payment.Please advise if you do not understand and I will guide you further. Also for your information, please note that this must be completed before 23rd March as we have only 60 days from the date of transaction to issue any refund via the original payment. This is a guideline from PayPal and I am afraid that we are unable to change it.Thank youregards,Andy SheaCustomer Support

Спасибо! Помогите кто сталкивался с подобным, а то продавец пишет что у меня времени до 23 марта.
