первые грабли. (купленные мной лоты удалены, что делать?)

КУпил на аукционе у китайского продавца с отличной репутацией и большим количеством продаж лот (buy it now) количеством 8 штук на 54 бакса. Сразу оплатил через paypal, а сегодня получил письмо с ебея, что лот не существует и чтобы я не проводил транзакцию, а если все оплатил, чтобы связался сначала с продавцом, а если он не ответит, что мне возместит все paypal.

Первым делом я написал продавцу, есть смысл чего то ждать или сразу писать на paypal? Повторюсь у продавца(jixiangrui2009) отличная репутация и количество продаж.

у меня подобная фигня, только удалили лот
в письме пишут, дескать открывайте кейс и все будет пучком
делаю как написали, получаю сообщение, что кейс не может быть открыт, потому что лота нет
с селлером контачить не дают, им письмо не отправляется, не устраивает их, что номер закрытого лота даю
чего делать?

Продавец ответил вот только, что сказал, что выслал товар. Объяснения его меня устроили (там три подтипа товара) Я заказывал одного типа, он выслал 3 вида, это для меня приемлимо. Думаю пока можно ждать?

несмотря на ответ все таки открывать диспут? Или можно подождать все таки? Разве не в течении месяца можно решить проблему. Можно открыть и сейчас диспут, но не оказаться бы в дураках мне, ибо продавец не прячется, а отвечает и причем сразу. (лот мой тоже удален был....)

знакомая ситуация. помнится открыл claim, как только увидел, что лот прикрыли. правда за этим последовало the seller is no longer registered. мое мнение-claim. это он должен беспокоиться а не Вы.

Мне от него все пришло. Его как то периодически банят за несоблюдение авторских прав, но ничего он видимо нашел лазейки какие то. Я так понял, что на ебее идет генеральная чистка от "пиратов". Так же меня прокатили с кучей девайсов на HTC Desire, которые вез под заказ.
