Здравствуйте! Мне ограничили (блокировали) счёт продавца. Сообщили - мой счёт может быть связан с другим счётом. Назвали этот счёт. Я слышу об этом впервые. Предлагают произвести идентификацию. Я восемь раз отправил факсы документов в течение месяца. Приходят одинаковые письма с информацией - мы сожалеем, ценим вас, большое количество факсов в процессе обработки, ожидайте. Конкретной информации нет. Я ожидаю уже больше месяца. Сколько времени ещё можно ожидать? Что мне необходимо предпринимать? По какому номеру телефона я могу связаться? Я имею нормальный рейтинг. Я не имею отрицательную обратную связь. Имею 100% рейтинг. Помогите, пожалуйста! С уважением к вам.

Суспенда не было, не мог только релистить и добавлять новые листинги. Отправил факсы, долго ждал ответ. Пока ждал долбил в live chat проверили факс получен и говорят нужно ждать 10-14 рабочих дней. Рейтинг 100-процентный, негативных отзывов нету, по звездам тоже всё в порядке. Я их начал бомбить письмами, чатами, факсами. Факсы уже 8 раз отправил на несколько разных номеров. Я так понял, к разным людям попадают в руки. Периодически приходят отписки – ценим, понимаем, ожидайте. У нас очень большой поток факсов. Так уже прошёл почти месяц. Так и не получил конкретного ответа – когда, что и как. Выставлять не получается. Только покупать можно. Что же дальше предпринять?
