Пытаюсь пройти процедуру восстановления пароля, но ничего не выходит - письмо не приходит. Кто - нибудь может подсказать в чем тут проблема может быть?

Про сохраненный пароль... у меня лично иногда эти сохранения сбиваются, и приходится заново вбивать(не только PayPal) Если не секрет на каком домене мыло?
Ну так вы следовали процедуре, изложенной в письме? Обычно этого достаточно. Если не получается, придется звонить. А про домен - это вы не поняли, спрашивалось про mail.ru / gmail.com или что там у вас.
