Привет. Расскажу свою историю возврата денег. Решил купить iphone 4 с заводской разлочкой, нашел лот на uk ebay и купил. Посылка пришла быстро, но после открытия все стало ясно, подделка.
Сразу же открыл дело с комментарием, что товар не соответствует описанию и приложил фотографии
Прождав 10 дней, продавец не ответил (кто бы сомневался
), я открыл спор. Как писали другие, спор рассматривают в течении 3-5 дней, ага
Прошло полторы недели, ни ответа ни привета, стал стучать в батарею ( в лайв чат, затем на почту суппорт).
Прошла еще неделя и они разродились мне написать:

Тут же паника, где я это буду доказывать?? Ни когда с этим не сталкивался! На этом форуме посоветовали http://deepa.ru/Deep...nt_Service.html (не реклама! Забегу вперед, можете использовать любой сервис центр, мне помогли именно они). Приехал к ним на Белорусскую, спросил по поводу проведения ЭКСПЕРТИЗЫ, но оказалось они её не делают, после объяснения для чего это мне предложили провести диагностику или позвонить по тем и тем телефонам. Стал звонить, все посылают то к одному, то к другому, не добившись ничего, вернулся к deep и сделал диагностику за 1500р Это бланк отправил в ебай со всеми координатами deep.
Прошло 5 дней
