Это как понимать?? РР придирается к документам?

РР по клейму запросила документы с почты а потом из полицейского участка. Все документы мной были предоставлены. Клейм рассматривается уже почти месяц. Сегодня пришел имеил от РР со след содержанием:

Кто получал такие мыла от РР уже после того как документы были предоставлены? Понятное дело что ради меня никто документы в полиции и на почте переписывать не будет. Как выходить из этой ситуации?

Звонить и объяснять причины почему не можете предоставить документы в соответствие с требуемой формой.
