Amazon и Бренды - не могу отредактировать листинг

Всем привет)
Сегодня столкнулся с такой проблемой на амазон: не могу отредактировать ни один листинг в своем магазине.
Постоянно выдается ошибка:

Error!
Amazon must approve your brand before you can use it to list products. Brands should be registered through Brand Registry, but if your brand is not eligible for Brand Registry, you can obtain an exception by contacting Seller Support and mentioning error code 5665.

When contacting Seller Support, provide the following information:
- The brand name used when creating the listing.
- Images of the product and packaging, showing branding on either. The images can show the product and packaging held in hand, or placed on a table. The branding must be permanently affixed.
- If using inventory file templates, please also provide the Batch ID of the inventory file process report.

Кнопка "Save and finish" черно белая и ее нельзя нажать.
У меня нет зарегистрированного товарного знака, в поле Brand Name я всегда вписывал свое слово.
Пробовал вписать в поле Brand Name значение Generic как указанно на https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G2N3GKE5SGSHWYRZ
Но выдается такая ошибка:
The value 'Generic' specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value 'UovoU' for ASIN 'B09F516B7X' in the Amazon catalog.
If this is ASIN 'B09F516B7X', update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc.).

Не понимаю, что делать?
Может кто сталкивался?

Это новые правила Амазон. Теперь надо либо регистрировать свой бренд, либо сохранять изначально листинг как unbranded

Этим правилам уже больше года. Под чужой бренд могут не пустить.
